Dr. Humphrey Mathe

Humphrey is an independent chairman of the Abela Trust and Empowerment Capital Investment Partners, and the CEO of Tranter Resources (Pty) Limited. Humphrey is a director of Howden Africa, Handa Copper Corporation (TSX), Wescoal Holdings and Council for Geoscience among others. He was previously CEO of Scinta South Africa and prior to that the Executive General Manager of Corporate Services at Exxaro Resources Limited and Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director of Eyesizwe Coal. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa and a qualified geologist with an MSc in mineral exploration and holds a PhD.

Nthabiseng Lempe

Nthabiseng is the CEO of Lempe Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd (LAS), a consulting company that specializes in bespoke Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE)/transformation solutions.
She has 10 years of B-BBEE audit and consulting experience.
Her passion for transformation and corporate governance led her to the establishment of LAS. Her current role in LAS involves providing strategic direction and operational support in terms of B-BBEE implementation.
Nthabiseng holds a National Diploma in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg and is currently pursuing a qualification as a Governance Practitioner with the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (CGISA).
